This year, it was Pirates Vs Sailors theme for Oxley-THK Charity Golf 2011 which was held at Raffles Country Club. Two volunteers dressed up as a Pirate and a Sailor respectively were at the reception to welcome golfers. Despite scorching weather in the morning, everyone are still so anticipate towards this event. Mediacorp Artiste like Constance Song, Cavin Soh, Hong Hui Fang & etc are playing their part in this event too. Not least, Profiters International plays a part in this event too, as we sponsored 2 Magnum bottle of Chateau Brane Cantenac for their Auction and it was successfully bidded at S$3000, Australia Wine; Lengs & Cooter Reserve Shiraz as their Lucky Draw Prizes & not forgetting sponsoring French wines for their dinner. Marilyn Cheok, Assistant Manager for Golf Marketing & Administrations of RCC was invited to sang a couple of song during the dinner and she managed to generate S$4000 of donation during her performance. Other than Merilyn’s performance, other generous sponsor partner sponsored a lot of different kinds of items so as to help THK to generate more donation. At the end of the event, Thye Hua Kwan (THK) managed to achieve the target of $300,000.
